Customers can initiate the cancellation within 3 hours after order is placed & once cancellation is approved within 3 working days refund will be processed and within 7 working days the amount will get reflected  in customer’s bank account

Request for cancellation of order after 3 hours from the time of order will not be eligible for cancellation, as the standard stock available with us are processed on the very same day. in case a certain manufacturing defect is found then client is eligible for refund. our refund policy is as follows

Customer can initiate the refund request within 7 days after product is received. once request for refund is approved, the refund will get processed within 2 working days and within 7 working days the amount will get reflected into client’s bank account.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
